On the FBI's list of reasons why crime rates vary between areas is
"effectiveness of local law enforcement."

How does this relate to gun crime in Chicago? Because Chicago, out of
90 cities evaluated for enforcement of Federal gun laws, ranks 90th.

Chicago, the last remaining city in America that pushes full gun
control should be FIRST.

Afterall...its a Democrat hotbed of voter fraud, institutional bribery
and police and public servant corruption.
